When will my order be processed and dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be processed the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
What materials are used?
All of our handbags and accessories are crafted from premium genuine Italian leather. We carefully select each piece for its quality, character, and distinctive design.
How do I start a return?

Do you accept returns?
We can only accept returns where an item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect. For non-faulty items, all sales are final.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay securely using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or spread the cost with Klarna. We'll be adding PayPal soon!
What are your delivery options and costs?
UK delivery is £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery. We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24hr for £6.95 if you'd prefer a faster service. For international orders, delivery to Europe is £12.00 and Rest of World is £21.95.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We deliver internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery to Europe is £12.00 (please allow 3–7 working days), and Rest of World is £21.95 (please allow 7–14 working days). Please note that any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
