Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Processing takes 1–3 working days, with dispatch typically within 2–4 working days.

UK Delivery

We offer the following UK delivery options at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48hr — Free on orders over £75
• Royal Mail Tracked 48hr — £4.95 on orders under £75
• Royal Mail Tracked 24hr — £6.95 (available on all orders for a faster service)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress directly on the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to arrive. During busy periods or in the event of unforeseen circumstances — such as Royal Mail service disruptions or severe weather — delivery may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.

International Delivery

We deliver internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked to the following zones:

• Europe — £12.00
• Rest of World — £21.95

Please allow 3–7 working days for European deliveries and 7–14 working days for Rest of World. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
